Affordable Decorating & Staging offers a complete evaluation and preparation for the entire home to make it appear more spacious and appealing to the potential buyer. With the seller's permission, we will declutter and depersonalize the home so that the potential buyers can imagine it as their home. Boxes and bubble wrap will be provided and the seller will get a head start on packing up items sooner than later.
Staging Vacant Homes To Sell
Affordable Decorating & Staging will arrange for furniture rental and personally accessorize the home for a "model" appearance. Furnished homes sell faster than vacant homes because a potential buyer can not visualize what they cannot see.
Pricing for Staging Homes To Sell
Occupied homes are priced by the square footage. Please call and a phone quote will be provided.
Vacant homes do require a bid and will be based on the number of rooms and the amount of furnishings required.
